At Loba Essentials, we want you to love your purchase, but if something’s not quite right, don’t worry—you’ve got 14 days to return it.

How to Return:

  1. Condition: Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all the tags still attached.

  2. Packaging: Please return the item in its original packaging to avoid any damage during transport.

  2. Package Carefully: Pack the item securely to prevent any damage.

  3. Send It Back: Ship it to our main office:

Refunds:

  • We’ll process your refund or exchange once we’ve received and checked the item.
  • Refunds will be issued back to the same payment method you used when placing the order.
  • Keep in mind, depending on your bank or credit card company, it might take a few business days for the refund to show up.

Shipping Costs:

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective. In that case, we’ll cover the cost.

  • We currently ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany using DHL Parcel.
